“Judgment
1. All of the Plaintiff’s claims against the Defendants are dismissed.
2. The costs of the lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

The Defendants shall, jointly, 1) pay the Plaintiff KRW 100,000,000 (~72.4K USD) and the amount calculated at the rate of 12% per annum thereon from the day following the service of a copy of the complaint in this case until the date of full payment.”
