JTBC’s “Reborn Rookie” is a series that tells the story of Kang Yong Ho (Son Hyun Joo), the powerful chairman of leading conglomerate Choiseong Group. Spoilers
Previously on “Reborn Rookie,” Hwang Jun Hyun (now in fact Kang Yong Ho in spirit) emerged as a strategic kingmaker as the succession battle between Kang Jae Gyeong (Jeon Hye Jin) and Kang Jae Seong (Jin Goo) intensified. In an unexpected move, Hwang Jun Hyun placed Kang Bang Geul (Lee Ju Myoung), who had been keeping a low profile at the company, in the spotlight as a new candidate.
This power play ends up attracting the attention of influential figures within Choiseong Group, who grow interested in Hwang Jun Hyun after he places Kang Bang Geul at the centre of the unfolding war of succession.

In newly released stills from the series’ next episode, the power players of the Choiseong Group family seek out Hwang Jun Hyun as his influence within the company grows.
One photograph shows Na Eun Se (Lee Seo An), who has taken over Kang Jae Seong’s executive role, greeting Hwang Jun Hyun with a bright smile. As soon as she spots him, Na Eun Se reaches out for a handshake without regard for the gazes of those around her.

Another image captures a tense conversation between Kang Jae Gyeong and Hwang Jun Hyun, prompting curiosity as to why Kang Jae Gyeong has personally sought out someone she would most likely prefer never to see again.

To find out what moves Hwang Jun Hyun will make amid all this attention, catch the next episode of “Reborn Rookie” on 20 June at 10:40 pm KST!
