The whole “fearless, ambitious” image is contradictory when they don’t have the skills to back it up. Coachella still follows them around like a scarlet letter. Even if they weren’t exceptionally talented, I think they would’ve done better if the group had simply been made up of stylish, visually striking members. Something more like Nine Muses, tall, elegant members with a chic, high-fashion image, while keeping the sophisticated runway-style concept from LE SSERAFIM’s debut era. I think there would’ve been much more demand for that direction

Instead, they suddenly switched to this bizarre, goofy “shinna shinna” style that doesn’t resonate with the public. They’re the only ones having fun and thinking it’s clever. But the moment you say the song isn’t your taste, you’re branded as tone-deaf, a Bunnies, an anti, someone who knows nothing about music, or lectured about “current trends.”
