[theqoo] [EXCLUSIVE] ‘ISEOP’S ROMANCE”S LEADING ROLE GOES TO KIM HYEYOON… MEETS WITH HWANG MINHYUN

Actress Kim Hyeyoon is set to star in the drama ‘Iseop’s Romance’ alongside Hwang Minhyun. An industry insider told JTBC Entertainment News on the 1st that Kim Hyeyoon is joining the new tvN drama ‘Iseop’s Romance’ as a lead. In response, her agency, Artist Company, stated, “She has received the offer and is currently reviewing it.”

1. She doesn’t match the original character at all

2. Her image is the exact opposite of the original, so I never even imagined itㅋㅋㅋㅋ

3. Her acting is good and she’s popular so from the production company, this is a blessing in disguise

4. As I recall, the character was on the verge of being promoted to department head or deputy general manager when she ended up working as a secretary… She’s a good actress, but the role doesn’t quite suit her

5. She’s seriously so so so so so so so different from the original

6. I don’t know what the original character looks like but I like Kim Hyeyoon so I’ll be watching this

7. Setting aside the fact that Hyeyoonie is a great actress, it really does feel like she’s still better suited for the role of a bubbly female lead in a rom-com… It’s just a shame she’s already getting all kinds of flak for taking this onㅠㅠ Also, I kind of wish they had cast actors who were a bit older for both the male and female lead rolesㅇㅇ

8. Is the original Webtoon that famous? You always see those overzealous fans of the original work being haters like this

9. This is not it… she doesn’t match the original character’s personality at allㅜㅜ

10. Kim Hyeyoon severely doesn’t match

11. Even Hwang Minhyun doesn’t match thisㅠㅠ

12. Ah, don’t do thisㅜThe fans of the original work are so damn rabid, I really wish they wouldn’t make a live-action drama

13. Ah… she doesn’t match the character…

14. Oh, that would really suit her sharp, capable imageㅋㅋ She’s short, but her vibe just fits

15. I’ll be looking forward to it~
