But there’s no air conditioning… ㄷㄷ Why???

The difficulty of installing an air conditioner is insane

The structure makes it impossible to install one even after completing all the quests

I’m against traveling to Paris in the summer🤣🤣

1. Obtain the landlord’s consent (Easy difficulty)

2. Convene a general meeting of apartment residents (Hard to gather at first.)

When installing an air conditioner, you must install the outdoor unit. Since this can damage the exterior wall and potentially lower property values, you must obtain the consent of a majority at the general meeting of residents

3. If you are lucky enough to pass steps 1 and 2, you must submit an air conditioner installation plan to the Paris City Hall. If even a small part of the outdoor unit is visible on the street, it will almost certainly be rejected (Shivers)

4. If everything passes, call in a nationally certified air conditioner technician to install the unit (Wait 1–3 months)

5. If the property is near a historical monument or within a protected area, you must obtain approval from a French building architect, not a regular city hall official
