Context:

The nuisance and preferential treatment allegations against Park Soohong began with a post published on an online community on the 23rd. A review post claiming to have suffered after boarding the same Guam flight as Park Soohong spread. The author claimed that after boarding the plane, Park Soohong said he would get off when a child cried, and after luggage handling had already been carried out and the child stopped crying while waiting, he reversed his decision and said he would reboard. “Hello, this is Park Soohong.

Recently, a problem occurred during the departure process of a flight because of my family, resulting in a delayed departure. We caused significant inconvenience by taking away many people’s valuable time, and also caused difficulties for the airline staff. I sincerely bow my head and apologize.

At the time, my child was crying so much immediately after boarding that we couldn’t even get seated, and I panicked and made an inexperienced judgment. I thought the child’s crying during the long flight would cause greater inconvenience to the other passengers, so I initially told a member of the cabin crew that we intended to get off the plane.

While waiting inside the aircraft, the child stopped crying, so I said that we wanted to board again. I failed to realize that this could significantly delay the process, including security procedures. This happened entirely because of my lack of knowledge about aviation-related procedures, and there is absolutely no excuse for my actions.

Once again, I sincerely bow my head and apologize to all the passengers and airline staff who suffered significant inconvenience because of my shortcomings.”
