1. I have neither the money to buy a car nor the land to store it

2. I live in a major metropolitan city outside of Seoul, and having a car here is definitely better. I probably wouldn’t need one if I lived in Seoul, but I bought one for my commute

3. That’s right, even if you don’t buy a car, you should get your license. You never know what might happen, and getting it later takes more time and money than you’d expect
