Nayeon (real name Im Na-yeon) of the girl group TWICE has purchased a plot of land and a building in Cheongdam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, for 9.5 billion won.

According to the real estate industry and the property registry on the 28th, Nayeon signed a contract to acquire the land and building in Cheongdam-dong for 9.5 billion won on May 3. The registration of ownership transfer was completed on the 24th of this month. A mortgage with a maximum secured amount of 10.2 billion won (~7.4M USD) has been established on the property.

The structure is an older building spanning one basement level and two above-ground floors. Following an expansion in 2010, the current total floor area is 218.87 square meters. The area breakdown by floor is 105.38 square meters for the first floor, 73.31 square meters for the second floor, and 40.18 square meters for the basement.

It has been reported that the building’s designated use was recently changed from a mix of residential and neighborhood commercial facilities to entirely neighborhood commercial facilities. Situated on a corner lot facing two roads, the property is considered highly suitable for use as a corporate headquarters or a commercial facility.
