[instiz] IS SOUTH KOREA REALLY THAT CONTROLLING?

I read this story about a British woman and it got me curious. Since we’re society where people are very sensitive to social cues, I think it’s probably true, but I’m wondering just how extreme it is. Has anyone lived abroad for a long time?
