ADOR claimed that after NewJeans’ performance at ComplexCon Hong Kong, the members entered into a dual exclusive contract with a Chinese-backed company called AAO.

AAO is a company established in the Cayman Islands by the organizers of ComplexCon. According to ADOR, the NewJeans members, including Danielle, signed exclusive management agreements with AAO. The company later sent a proposal to HYBE’s board of directors offering to acquire ADOR.
