Cut the crap already. Your NewJeans didn’t do anything groundbreaking, they just rode the Y2K trend, and idols have always been busy following trends. Y2K is literally the late ’90s to early 2000s aesthetic, so of course groups pulling references from the same era are going to end up looking similar ㅋㅋ Even before NewJeans, the whole American/Japanese high-teen concept had already been done countless times, and multiple groups have gone with vampire, gyaru, and other aesthetics too.
